Performances typically range from one to four hours. Michael usually takes a ten-minute break after each fifty minutes of live music. Recorded music continues through the sound system during breaks, with playlists selected during planning to keep the atmosphere consistent.

Yes, with suitable conditions and a planned setup. Outdoor performances require shade and a stable, hard surface; equipment cannot be set up directly on grass or sand. Beach events require a stage, which Michael can help source locally. If wind or rain is expected, a suitable backup location must be agreed beforehand. Any stage or other extra arrangements are included in the quote when selected.

Yes. Michael carries general liability insurance with $1 million per occurrence and can provide certificates of insurance requested by your venue. Share the venue’s requirements during planning so they can be reviewed before the event.

Every event receives a tailored quote. Pricing depends on the event type, location and travel, performance schedule, guest count, setup logistics, song customization, and any additional services or equipment such as DJ entertainment, staging, or lighting. The quote explains what is included before you book.

Start with an inquiry and an initial consultation. After Michael confirms availability and you agree on the event plan, he sends an agreement and invoice. Your date is secured once the agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is paid. The remaining 50% is due thirty days before the event. For an event less than thirty days away, payment timing is confirmed with your quote and agreement.
